DYNA-MITE Description

Aylesbury Electromagnetic Vibrator

Our inertia type vibrator has been designed to produce a uni-directional vibration along the axes of the mounting screws. The unit should be mounted directly onto tracks handling parts which tend to stick or jam.

Alternatively the unit can be attached to a hopper bin, feeding parts which tend to bridge or jam.

The vibrator units are designed to withstand adverse operating conditions, each fitted with a robust epoxy encapsulated coil.

The illustration shows a Dyna-mite, which is the smallest unit in our vibration range and produces 6,000 cycles per minute vibration.
