The range of Euro Series Drive units, Cast Bowls, Fabricated Bowls and Controllers have been designed to work together and are optimised for performance by our skilled engineers during our extensive quality control and test proceedures which are applied to all Tooled Feeder orders.

Tooled Feeder Features
By Tooling the feeder from scratch our engineers learn a great deal about the way your particular products move and identify features which are used to orientate the components.
The range of Euro Series Drive units, Cast Bowls, Fabricated Bowls and Controllers have been designed to work together and are optimised for performance by our skilled engineers during our extensive quality control and test proceedures which are applied to all Tooled Feeder orders.
The coating chosen to provide the correct coefficient of friction to feed your parts can have a significant contribution to the performance of the Tooled Feeder. Our standard coating is Metaline, an FDA Approved, hard wearing, Polyurethane coating in red. We utilise a wide range of linings and coatings, from carbide for feeding uncut diamonds to flock for feeding delicate parts. We can help you choose the best coating for your particular application.

Where can you use it?
The Euro Series Range of Drive Units Bowls and associated Controllers can be used in almost every situation where a supply of parts are required of a known orientation. The range is ideal for building into special purpose machines.
