Aylesbury Automation have, for many years, been agents for Schindler Handhabetechnik GmbH who produce some of the finest Stepfeeders in the World.
With the expertise provided by our engineers and technicians, many stepfeeders have been introduced to English customers over the years. Utilising similar tooling techniques to vibratory parts feeders, Stepfeeders are eminantly suited for larger parts or heavier parts or where noise can be a problem. Stepfeeders are capable of feeding and orientating simple and complex components as small as 1mm in diameter up to components as large as 125mm in diameter at rates to suit the final requirements.
Aylesbury Automation also offers and encourages customers the opportunity to discuss component design during the early stages to incorporate features to enable the components to be fed and orientated automatically within the production environment.

The Aylesbury Automation Centrifeed is a centrifugal parts feeder, specially engineered for high speed feeding requirements.
Delivery speeds of the Centrifeed can be varied from a few, to thousands of parts per minute.
Our machines are also available with automatic loading from bulk storage to ensure uninterrupted high speed delivery of product.

By elevating components from the hopper on purpose designed cleats / slats, they are then presented to the orientation tooling under the force of gravity. Operating on this simple principle such equipment is very robust and particularly suitable for heavier components. The additional benefit is that of integral storage of components within the hopper.
The discharge can be arranged to either side of the elevator jib, with a range of belt widths from 100 mm to 457 mm and hopper capacities to match.
Ideally suited to plastic, rubber or metal part applicatiions, the standard elevating belt is manufactured from either rigid close link plastic or stainless steel slat band chain and a variety of "pick up" profiles are available.
Finished in either standard paint colours, coated or manufactured from stainless steel the robust construction is of Aylesbury design.

Ideally suited to pharmaceutical, plastic or food applications, the standard elevating belt is manufactured from food quality PVC and a variety of "pick up" profiles are available. Many other grades of belts are available to suit each application. Finished in either standard paint colours, coated or manufactured from stainless steel the robust design and construction provide a durable solution to product bulk storage and elevation.

Used for handling heavier items such as steel, copper or brass components, these units are three phase motor driven, via either a V belt or chain drive and torque limiter. "Pick up" belts are manufactured from either rigid close link plastic or stainless steel slat band chain. To comply with the latest safety regulations both systems are finished with interlocked storage hopper covers.

Ideally suited to pharmaceutical, plastic or food applicatiions, Lini Based Storage hoppers are designed to provide a bulk storage facility for Euro Series Vibratory Parts Feeders. They are designed to trickle feed products carefully into the the feeder on demand at a controlled rate thereby reducing the possibility of damage to to the product.
Hoppers can be supplied with a standard paint finish, various types of plastic coatings or may be manufactured from stainless steel.
Special Lini-Based Storage Hoppers can be made to pharmaceutical standards.

Aylesbury Automation's Inclined Storage Hoppers are designed for handling light and medium weighted component parts efficiently and carefully.
The range of Inclined Storage Hoppers (ISH) are manufactured with fabricated bins encasing a cleated inclined conveyor belt and have been designed to provide, on demand, a supply of component parts to various types of automated feed systems such as vibratory parts feeders and centrifeeds.
The Inclined Storage Hopper can be fully integrated and is controlled by a level sensor mounted within the selected feeder, resulting in increased efficiency in the operation of down stream equipment.
