Electrical Design

Our electrical design is carried out using WS CAD & E-plan. Both are dedicated electrical design packages which produce parts lists and wiring schemes to reduce manufacturing lead times.

Latest safety regulations are always applied and we advise on the latest technology solutions, keeping flexible solutions to the front.

For example, we may use programmable safety systems from PILZ & Jokab and other safety bus technology, rather than traditional fixed wiring solutions.

All designs will conform to the current EU regulations for machine safety. Including EN 60204.

PLC & Software Design

As in the electrical design, the control system requirements for software also need to be flexible and allow modifications to be made without affecting current production.

Where applicable, the use of field bus systems reduces lead times and improves reliability.
