Inclined Storage Hopper Description
Aylesbury Automation's Inclined Storage Hoppers are designed for handling light and medium weighted component parts efficiently and carefully.
The range of Inclined Storage Hoppers (ISH) are manufactured with fabricated bins encasing a cleated inclined conveyor belt and have been designed to provide, on demand. a supply of component parts to various types of automated feed systems such as vibratory parts feeders and centrifeeds.
The Inclined Storage Hopper can be fully integrated and is controlled by a level sensor mounted within the selected feeder, resulting in increased efficiency in the operation of down stream equipment.
